What services do you offer
We handle interior and exterior painting, cabinet painting and refinishing, drywall repair, texture matching, trim and millwork, and residential remodeling work. If you're unsure whether your projects falls within our scope, just ask. We're happy to take a look.
Do you do commercial work, or only residential?
We primarily work on residential homes, but we do take on smaller commercial projects such as offices, rental units, and retail spaces. Reach out with your project details and we can schedule an estimate.
Do you work throughout the entire DFW area
Yes, we serve all of Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. If you're not sure whether we cover your area, give us a call.
Estimates and Pricing
How do I get an estimate?
We offer free, no-obligation estimates for all projects. We'll schedule a walkthrough at your property, assess the scope of work, and provide a written quote typically within 24–48 hours.
What factors affect the cost of a painting job?
Key factors include square footage, number of coats needed, surface condition, paint quality, ceiling height, and accessibility. Exterior jobs also depend on siding material and prep work. We'll walk through all of this during your estimate.
Do I supply the paint or do you?
We can go either way. Most clients prefer that we supply materials. We use professional-grade paints and can help with color selection. If you've already purchased paint, we're happy to work with what you have.
Is there a deposit, and how much?
Yes. Most projects require a 50% deposit to get started. This secures your spot on our schedule and covers materials ordered specifically for your job.
Per Texas law, deposits are fully refundable within a set timeframe after signing. After that window has passed, refunds are handled at our discretion depending on how far along we are in the scheduling and materials process. We'll always be upfront with you about where things stand.
Our Team and Process
Who will actually be working on my home?
Our core team is made up of experienced in-house contractors we've worked with for years. We also have a variety of trusted subcontractors we've partnered with over those years. A lead is always on-site overseeing the work.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry full general liability insurance and all required Texas licensing*. We're happy to provide proof of insurance before any work begins, just ask.
How do you protect my home and furniture
We cover floors, furniture, and fixtures with drop cloths and plastic sheeting before any work begins. We tape off all edges and trim carefully, and clean up debris at the end of each day.
How long will my project take?
Timelines vary by scope. A single-room interior paint job might take one day; a full exterior or multi-room project could take several days to a week. We'll give you a realistic timeline during your estimate.
Quality and Warranty
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes. We offer a 1- year workmanship warranty on all projects. We offer a lifetime warranty on certain paints if they begin to peel. If touch ups are needed after we've finished, call us and we'll come back to make it right.
What if there's an issue with the final result?
We do a final walkthrough with you before we consider a job complete. If you spot anything you're not satisfied with, we address it on the spot or schedule a return visit. Our reputation is built on referrals, and we take every project professionally and seriously.
